Hiring Full and Part-Time Assistant Therapists

  Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing direct client care in one-on-one and group settings

  • Following the behavior plan designed specifically for each client

  • Collecting and recording information based on the responses of the client

  • Providing information to the clinical supervisor

  • Organizing materials for client therapy sessions

  • Ensuring the safety of our clients

  Requirements Include:

  • Patience and compassion for people with disabilities

  • High school diploma

  • Valid driver's license

  • Background check and drug screen clearance

  • Ability to multi-task effectively

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to pass RBT certification within 6 months

  • Basic computer skills

   Nice to have's:

  • Previous job experience working with children with special needs

  • Professional experience with children

  • College credit hours in a human services field
